PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Located in one of the most promising cities in India, Navi Mumbai, our infrastructure consists of the largest setup in Asia, equipped with state-of-the-art technological types of equipment for manufacturing format parts.

Home to more than 400 young and dynamic professionals, our well-designed and robust infrastructure gives us the ability to operate in a timely and cost-optimised fashion. We do that using the latest CNC machines which also enables us to follow strict adherence to international quality standards in manufacturing. Right from designing and procurement of the right quality material to inspection, assembly and final testing are completely done by our in-house team of professionals.

TESTING FACILITY

Our focus on consistency has always kept us a step ahead when it comes to ensuring the quality of our products. That is why we are equipped with a dedicated in-house testing facility which comprises more than 9 blister machines and a set of semi-automatic blister feeding trial unit.

This ensures the top-notch performance of change parts using a full-fledged trial process which is then certified for dispatch only if the performance hits the satisfactory index.

With the changing dynamics of today’s market demands, Accupack intends to invest heavily in advanced technological resources to further enhance the facility towards the best engineering possibility.
