International Sales Coordinator

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Pharmacuetical or Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international sales inquiries and customer communication

  • Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely dispatch

  • Maintain financial and operational records

  • Generate MIS reports using CRM and SAP B1

  • Follow up on outstanding payments

  • Draft clear and professional business correspondence

  • Support day-to-day international sales operations

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 1–3 years of Sales Coordination experience (Manufacturing industry preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SAP B1

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented with structured working approach
